About the App

The CleanSpace Stay mobile app gives field crews, foremen, and project managers a simple way to request travel, review itineraries, communicate with the office, and keep every booking tied to the right project — from the job site or on the road. The app works alongside the platform at app.cleanspacestay.com, so your information stays in sync wherever you sign in.

The app is intended for business users who have an active CleanSpace Stay account provided by their employer or organization. If you do not yet have an account, your project manager, foreman, or company administrator can invite you.

Getting Started

Creating and accessing your account

Accounts are created by invitation. Your company administrator, project manager, or foreman adds you to a project and sends an invitation to your email or phone number. Follow the link in that invitation to set your password and sign in. Once your account is active, you can sign in on the mobile app or on the platform at app.cleanspacestay.com using the same credentials.

Resetting your password

If you forget your password, choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. If you no longer have access to that email, contact your company administrator or email us at support@cleanspacestay.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request or book travel?

Open the app or web platform and start a new booking request. Select the traveler and the project the trip belongs to, choose the travel types you need (such as hotel, flight, rideshare, or per diem), and provide the dates. Foremen can book themselves and other workers on their project. Before you submit, you'll see a review step so you can check the details for accuracy. Once submitted, your request follows your project's normal approval flow.

Who can see my bookings and information?

The platform shows people only what is relevant to their role. Field workers, foremen, project managers, and back-office or accounting staff each have their own view. Your travel details are visible to the people responsible for your project and to authorized administrators within your organization. We do not sell your personal information. The app isn't syncing or a booking is missing. What should I do?

First, confirm your device has an internet connection and that you are signed in to the correct account. Close and reopen the app to force a fresh sync. If the information still doesn't appear, make sure you are looking at the correct project. If the problem continues, email support@cleanspacestay.com with your name, company, the project name, and a description of what's missing, and we'll investigate.

How do I update my profile or travel documents?

Open your profile from the app or web platform to update your contact details and travel-related information, such as known traveler numbers and reward program numbers, and to upload required documents. Keeping this information current helps bookings go through smoothly and reduces back-and-forth with the office.

What languages does the app support?

CleanSpace Stay is built for diverse field crews. Messaging within the platform is designed to support communication across languages so that field workers and the office can stay coordinated regardless of preferred language.

Is there a cost to use the app?

The CleanSpace Stay app is provided to users as part of their organization's subscription to the platform. Individual field users are not charged to download or use the app. Billing is handled at the organization level; questions about your company's subscription should be directed to your administrator or to support@cleanspacestay.com.

Your data and privacy

We take the security of your information seriously and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. To understand what we collect and how we use it — including data collected through the mobile app, such as device information and any documents you choose to upload — please read our Privacy Policy. Your use of the platform and app is also governed by our Terms of Service, which includes the mobile application license (EULA) and the terms that apply when you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Requesting account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Because CleanSpace Stay accounts are managed by your organization, we recommend first contacting your company administrator. To submit a deletion request directly, email support@cleanspacestay.com from the address associated with your account and include the words "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process eligible requests in accordance with applicable law. Please note that certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

Report a Problem or Give Feedback

If you encounter a bug, a security concern, or have a suggestion to improve the platform or app, we want to hear from you. Email support@cleanspacestay.com with as much detail as you can — including what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. Clear reports help us resolve issues quickly.
